Hi, Winnie here.....

"G'day this fine Wednesday to ya'll......."
A little aussie and southern drawl mixed for your enjoyment there!

What a cool and sweet comment from 'Angel' last week.....I can't wait to
meet you one day at happy hour in hound heaven, Angel....! ~ We will be
great friends then.

I'm a little excited this week,... Master J got a Promotion/New Job at her
place of work,
and I think that means a few extra bucks to be able to fill up the car,
and finally take me some where decent!
Oh boy, a good old country ride looms for the Winster !

Altho excited, I'm having a bit of an annoying morning,.....I didn't sleep much last night,
kept waking up with the same thought running thru my brain.
Have you ever gotten a certain song stuck in your head??
Some are okay, but.....

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens,...
blah blah blah blah blah and blah blah blah blah blah....
I certainly know that these are not
a few of my favorite things!

I mean whiskers on kittens?! ~ blech!

And what the heck kinda sense is:
Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles...?

However,..... I do really love....
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes! :o)

When the dog bites,
When the bee stings,
When I'm feeling sad....
I simply remember I'm cuter than.....You,
And then I don't feel so bad......

Hi, it's winnie watson.

Gee Whiz!!! - My masters went away for a few days (they didn't wanna take me, :o(
'cuz I get real Hot....I'm very fuzzy!
So I'm staying with Grampie and Grammie K and L....don't get me wrong,
I love being here,... (Big Bones!),....
but Grampies computer sure is different from the laptop I normally use....
Yes, I do have a lap! - Lap dogs can use lap tops!

Anyway, Grampie wouldn't let me stay up last night and type, so I snuck down stairs this morning and logged on.
I do try be a good grandogger..... but I did hear them on the phone say that I was a little spoiled.... -- hee hee, thats been my plan all along!

Hi masters,... are you at the beach or somewhere really cool, like a canine amusement bark?
(no that's not a typo) Get me a toy ok.

I've been pondering why doggies lose their hearing or eye sight when they get older.... seems hopelessly unfair. Ya'll get hearing aids or glasses.
Have ya ever seen a doggie with bifocals?
Personally, I'm losing my hearing.... or so I've heard, which obviously rules that out!
Actually, I'm just selective.... humans folks just talk a lot,.... gotta tune some of that out, know what I mean?
How many of ya out there do the same thing? I watch ya'll tuning each other out....
makes me giggle.

I feel like adventure today.....
think I'll search out a squirrel....or watch TV and just imagine I am.

Ut oh, sorry, gotta log this thing back on to comsumer reports, I hear grampie coming
down the steps.

Good Wednesday morning ya'll,
A very tired Winnie Watson here!....

Yep, I stayed up to watch the All Star Game last night!
Boy, those extra innings really cut into my normal sleep patterns!
What a good game tho!.... It being in the house that Ruth built,
I sure was excited to see the Amer. League WiN!!!

I had a fun week 'cuz my favorite Master A (don't tell the other 2 masters I said that),
came home to see me!!! Yippee,.... I been missing her a lot!
Can't wait to meet all her cool roomies!

Over all, I have been feeling a little lethargic of late.... So, I tried one of those energy drinks.
My goodness! -- Those are Horrible!!!
I don't think the world really needs these energy drinks..... I mean,
maybe if we, (including myself), just stopping surfing the Net all day and night, and stopped
the constant Text messaging into the wee hours, we might actually go to bed
at a decent time and get some well deserved snoozing in!

Well........
Oh yeah, there's one thing I do want to make clear.....
"Beggin' Strips" --- OH Pleeeeze!!!........ do ya think I fell of the truck yesterday?
Is there really a dog out there that has fallen for this ad??
I'm here to tell ya,.....
"Dogs DO KNOW it's not bacon!!!!"

Gotta get a nap now....until next week.....

A good Winnie Wednesday mornin' to ya'll.....

It's been a good week for the most part,.... I got a haircut and a bath via master J,

and got to play in the country, chase bunnies, go swimming and see all my grand folks,....

that always means good bones for me!
I did however snatch off the tail end of a corn cob and gobbled that down, to which

I paid dearly for.....finally hurled it up whole,...two days later, so I R feeling a lot better now!

Hey, last week ya'll broke a record sending me comments with a grand total of 8....Thanx!
I guess that old retro stuff is fun, altho I recently heard they're bringing back
The Gong Show!.....Good Lord, that was Bad the first time!

I was up a little later than usual last night, watching
my favorite team, (sorry to some of ya'll)....THE YANKEES!

when I realized that TAMPA BAY was the best team in baseball....!!!!

Well, good for them, they are finally building a great club! .....of course,....it's still early! :o)

As for last night,.... All I gotta say is: You Are The Man, Andy Pettitte!
I'll be up late again next Tuesday watching the All Star Game in the best Baseball park ever!

It's Winnie Wednesday again......

Hi ya'll, it's me, winnie.
It's been a pretty good week for me! Since it was graduation weekend here, my masters were off and running to many events,... so.... I went to visit Grampie and Grammy K and L.
I love to go there!
Don't tell masters A, J and P but,.... they give me the BiG Bones! :o)

The rest of the week I got a chance to catch up on my sleep and TV watching.
Yeah, sure, I like Animal Planet, but what I really like to watch is the commercials!
C'mon ya'll,....aren't they really the best part of TV watching!

Lately I've had some real issues tho.....
I means Jeepers!..... I been around this planet a long while.....so whats up with all this Retro Stuff?
Apparently Ad Executives and Movie Producers are running out of Ideas, or maybe they just think we got short memories.....
"Aaaaahhhh, wait,... there's an entire generation out there that doesn't even know about this stuff. AH, HA! - There's a BUCK to be Made!"

I saw a MacDonalds commercial with all new video but singing the old.....special sauce, lettuce,
cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun!

Only moments later, dark chocolate M&M's are a snappin' their fingers to the old Adams family tune, complete with an M&M version of Cousin IT.

And who out there remembers when Mr. Bill got creamed all the time?
This time he's face first on a bus windshield.... OH,...NO...!
The Ad folks here are laughing all the way to the bank with this direct steal from the first years of Saturday Night Live!

And Movie's! -- How many Indiana Jones' can we take?
Oh wait, here's a totally new idea,... "Get Smart"
I kicked the slats out of my little puppy crib laughing at their antics decades ago!

I suppose this is just a new trend from those who have completely run out of
original thoughts. What's next ya'll....??

Paris Hilton riding a bull screaming "Where's the beef...?"
Or maybe we'll see,
Britney Spears caught "Squeezing the Charmin"

What a crazy world ......
well gotta go now....
It's time to make the donuts! :o)
